How to access Arbor as a Parent/Carer

You can access Arbor by downloading the Arbor Parent App from your device’s app store or by visiting the Arbor Login Page using a web browser.

If this is your first time logging in, or if you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” on the login screen. Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to create or reset your password securely.

Once logged in, you will be asked to accept the terms of use and enter your child’s date of birth to verify your identity and access their dashboard.
